The
price of clock parts has increased dramatically over recent times, in
the last five years the cost of most parts has doubled and in some case
they cost four times more than they did. For that reason we
do
not stock as many parts as we used to but we still carry most of the
more popular items. We can also order most items that you may require
which will take about a week to arrive.

Buying
a clock from an unknown or unreliable source is always very risky and
to buy at auction or from the internet is frought with danger unless
you know what you are doing. The clocks we have for sale at The Old
Smithy have all been serviced and carry a full guarantee. We take the
risk out of buying your clock.
Until
recently we simply sold clocks that we aquired over time so our range
was limited to very few examples. From this autumn we are
changing that so we can offer a greater range of quality, fully
serviced clocks for sale.
